Our services cover a range of corporate finance activities from mergers & acquisitions to business restructuring, from debt and equity financing to capital markets advisory. Work undertaken for clients often includes providing strategic advice. Our partners have experience from a broad range of industries and business activities and we undertake assignments for clients in connection with most industries. However, we have increasingly focused on developing specific expertise in certain areas including: energy utilities, renewable energies and environmental technologies, financial services, oil & gas and offshore services, TMT, healthcare & life sciences and real estate.

ProCorp undertakes both domestic and cross-border assignments and has extensive business experience in Norway, Scandinavia and internationally.

ProCorp is licensed and regulated by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway and also has a licence to undertake corporate finance activities in most European countries.
