Stilluf has a long and varied career background from central positions in government, industry and investment banking with a particular focus on the energy sector.

Stilluf joined ProCorp in 1999 following top management positions as CEO of Maritime Group (later Aker Maritime), CEO of Vard (later NCL) and corporate finance partner in the Norwegian investment firm of Fondsfinans.

Pål has extensive experience from top management positions in the financial services sector including investment banking (Carnegie) and mortgage institutions (Realkreditt). Subsequently, he has been responsible for a venture capital portfolio and managing businesses in traditional manufacturing industries in Norway and in the IT sector internationally. Pål joined ProCorp in 2003 with particular focus on financial services and the healthcare and life science sectors.

Rolf Karsten’s academic background is in electrical and electronic engineering. He has lived and worked outside of Norway since 1985. Rolf Karsten’s career has been in the corporate finance sector for a wide range of international investment banks, during which time he also obtained his MBA. He returned to Norway following three years with Nordea Securities in London and Oslo, joining ProCorp in 2003. Rolf Karsten deals with a variety of industrial transactions but with a primary focus in the TMT sector.

Rolf Karsten took over as managing partner at the end of 2005.

Øystein's career started in Norsk Hydro, working within marketing and business development. He then went on to establish the world’s first premium bottled water with the Voss of Norway. In 2002 Øystein joined the strategy team in Norsk Hydro and worked with strategic issues and M&A, before joining Yara after Hydro had divested its fertilizer unit. Øystein worked with strategy and business development, setting up Yara´s trading unit in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2008, Øystein left Yara in order to pursue other interests and joined ProCorp as a Partner in 2009, with special focus on M&A and debt restructuring.

Jens started his career at Orkla Finans (SEB Enskilda Securities) as an equity analyst with a primary focus on the TMT sector. He subsequently worked for DnB Asset Management (DnBNOR) and Borea (Private Equity fund) in Bergen within Portfolio Management. During this time and subsequently as an independent consultant he has been involved in a number of Corporate Finance assignments. Jens joined ProCorp in April 2008.

Per has a long career in equity capital markets including management positions at a number of corporate finance businesses including Christiania Markets (later Nordea Securities). Per started Net Fonds Corporate Finance in 2003 but as a result of the co-operation between Netfonds and ProCorp, he joined ProCorp in 2004 with focus on equity capital markets transactions. Per deals with a wide range of industrial transactions but his primary focus is on capital market related issues for clients.

Asbjørn’s career history has been focused on strategic consulting and business development both in traditional industries (NSB) and technology (Infostream) as well as consulting companies (Arkwright and Pricewaterhouse Coopers). Asbjørn joined ProCorp in 2002 as a partner working on a wide variety of client projects where strategic analysis and understanding has been important.
