Stilluf has a long and varied
career background from central positions in government,
industry and investment banking with a particular focus
on the energy sector.
Stilluf joined ProCorp in 1999 following top management
positions as CEO of Maritime Group (later Aker Maritime),
CEO of Vard (later NCL) and corporate finance partner
in the Norwegian investment firm of Fondsfinans.

Rolf Karsten’s academic
background is in electrical and electronic engineering.
He has lived and worked outside of Norway since 1985.
Rolf Karsten’s career has been in the corporate
finance sector for a wide range of international investment
banks, during which time he also obtained his MBA. He
returned to Norway following three years with Nordea
Securities in London and Oslo, joining ProCorp in 2003.
Rolf Karsten deals with a variety of industrial transactions
but with a primary focus in the TMT sector. Rolf Karsten took over as managing partner at the end of 2005. |

Øystein's career started in Norsk Hydro, working within marketing and business development. He then went on to establish the world’s first premium bottled water with the Voss of Norway. In 2002 Øystein joined the strategy team in Norsk Hydro and worked with strategic issues and M&A, before joining Yara after Hydro had divested its fertilizer unit. Øystein worked with strategy and business development, setting up Yara´s trading unit in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2008, Øystein left Yara in order to pursue other interests and joined ProCorp as a Partner in 2009, with special focus on M&A and debt restructuring. |
