Background and experience
Nils is Managing Partner at ProCorp and has more than 20 years of experience in M&A and capital markets transactions in the Nordics and internationally. He has originated more than 250 transactions and raised over USD 1 billion for listed and private companies, in sectors including energy, industrials, technology, maritime and seafood. He was previously Managing Director at SB1 Markets, Partner at Pareto Securities and Head of Corporate Finance at Fondsfinans, and began his career as an equity research analyst. Nils holds an MSc in Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and an MBA in Finance from Tuck/NHH, and is a CFA from the Norwegian Society of Financial Analysts (NFF).
