Grenland Data sold to Aderian

ProCorp acted as financial advisor to the owners of Grenland Data in the sale to Aderian Group. Grenland Data provides IT operations, cloud and security services to small and medium-sized businesses in the Grenland region. The company was one of five acquisitions when Aderian entered the Norwegian market in spring 2026. Backed by a strong Nordic owner, Grenland Data has a solid platform for further growth and continues as an independent local business.
