Global Medical Support sold to SOS International

ProCorp prepared and executed the sale of Global Medical Support to SOS International on behalf of Norsk Luftambulanse. At the time of the sale, Global Medical Support was a Norwegian company providing medical emergency aid, assistance and advice. SOS International is headquartered in Copenhagen and provides alarm and assistance services to Nordic insurance companies.
